Jared has dedicated his life to the hospitality industry for 20+ years – from cooking at fine-dining restaurants in the Carolinas, to running operations for restaurant groups in the DMV. Jared’s passion is food, believing that it has the power to unite us in (meaty) harmony.

Parisian from Algerian heritage, Nina has spent her life immersed in a rich culture of North-African foods. She brings a keen eye (and nose!) to our spice blends, and the fine touch needed to make the fluffiest couscous in town.
